When you arrive, please come inside, head upstairs, and remove your shoes. Then, take a seat in the waiting area within our rehab, strength, and mobility space. I’ll come to get you shortly.

Please note that a credit card is required to book online because missed or late cancellations create gaps in my schedule and impact my income. Your card will only be charged if the cancellation policy is not followed. Thank you for your understanding!

Direct Billing:

I offer direct billing for most major insurance companies, including Sun Life, Green Shield, and Blue Cross. If your provider isn’t listed in the drop-down menu on the intake form, I am unable to bill them directly. In that case, I’ll provide you with an RMT receipt that you can easily submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes; otherwise, the FULL SERVICE FEE will be charged. Same-day bookings cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
